Oh, biscuits! Bluey fans are in for a treat! SM Megamall’s got a special activation dedicated to the Heeler family and their friends that’s running until August 15, 2025. As a millennial auntie who often babysits her niece, I am more than familiar with the series featuring the domestic adventures of Mum, Dad, Bingo, and Bluey.
So imagine my delight upon getting a chance to join the meet and greet of the Heeler family at the newly launched Paw Park (dedicated to the pet parents).
My favorite episode? Shadowlands. My favorite character? Coco the pink poodle! And yes, I’m low-key dressed like my Bluey bias!
But unlike some shows that can be a challenge to get through for the love of your youngling, Bluey has actually garnered a lot of attention and adoration from an older audience because it serves as a refresher for basic human values that can be forgotten in the hustle and bustle of adult life.
STEP INTO THE HEELER HOME EXPERIENCE AT SM MEGAMALL’S “BLUEY MEGA PLAYTIME”
Get ready for an unforgettable family adventure as rooms from the iconic Heeler home from Bluey is brought to life for fans at SM Megamall’s “Bluey Mega Playtime” at the Mega Fashion Hall from August 2 to 15. Inspired by the hit Australian Emmy-award winning animated series, “Bluey Mega Playtime” are life-size recreations of the Heeler family’s living spaces including the kitchen, living room, playroom, and backyard designed for kids and families to explore.
Beyond taking social media worthy photos and videos at “Bluey Mega Playtime,” kids can dive into interactive activities that spark creativity and imagination such as “Bake with Bingo,” where kids can play little chefs and decorate their own Bluey-themed cupcakes on August 2, 9, and 15 at 2 PM. Kids can also participate in daily activities like scavenger hunts and fun coloring activities.
Bluey-themed merchandise is also available from partner brands including The SM Store, Toy Kingdom, and Fully Booked.
Meanwhile last August 10, an indoor Bluey-themed Paw Park was unveiled at Level 5 of the Mega Fashion Hall that is perfect for fur-parents and their furry friends.
